I believe all businesses are facing challenges during this pandemic and I believe most are also facing a critical organizational and fundamental pivot. During a business development meeting with a nonprofit CEO yesterday, I was asked "if you were CEO of my organization, what would you focus on right now". I didn't really hesitate and immediately began sharing new thought concepts. The entire conversation started comparing how old school business thinking and normals had to change for the nonprofit to not only survive but to thrive in the future.
